Prevention and remission of type 2 diabetes

This information is for people who:

  • are at risk of developing type 2 diabetes because of things like age, ethnicity, weight or family history
  • have already been diagnosed with prediabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, high blood glucose when fasting or had diabetes during a previous pregnancy.

It doesn’t include children or those not at risk of type 2 diabetes.

Family members, friends and carers may also find the booklet helpful.
